We are open for business! Contact us for a massage in West Hartford
My journey on the healing path began in 2003 when I became a Reiki Master. Graduating from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2006, I became a licensed massage therapist in West Hartford. I am now the proud owner of Therapeutic Massage Associates. I continue to add to my education by taking classes in advanced massage therapy techniques and alternative healing. I became a certified reflexologist in 2009. I have studied rock and crystal healing, aroma , music and color therapy. I believe in incorporating nature and what the earth has to offer into my work. We are Mind, Body and Spirit and only by working on all three can we become a healthy balanced Human Being. Things I like to do: Walking and hiking with my dog, camping, road trips, taking pictures of nature, traveling, and being outside. Special Message: I believe everything happens for a reason. Listen to your inner voice. Miracles happen everyday if you look for them.
I came to Connecticut in 1987 to study massage therapy, joined Therapeutic Massage Associates and never left. I enjoy working on people who have challenges whether they involve injuries, chronic pain or athletic endeavors. I describe my skill in massage therapy as a problem solver because I explore the mysteries of each individual’s problem: physically, energetically and emotionally. To that end, I have studied a broad range of modalities including Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Acupressure, and Myofascial Work to name a few. Most recently I completed four years of study in Energy Medicine and Spiritual Healing with Dorothy Neville at the Institute of Healing Arts and Sciences. When I am not at TMA I enjoy traveling, hiking, biking and leading dances and workshops in vintage dance, dances of the Victorian and ragtime eras, 1840-1925.

I graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 2017. I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot stone, Trigger point, Sports, and aromatherapy massage. I love to use that knowledge alongside my natural intuition and healing intentions to create the perfect treatment for every client's specific needs. I believe that massage heals body and mind, and that it is my purpose to help people through the power of touch. My family is full of spiritual women who raised me to use my energy in a positive way, and once I found massage I knew that it was what I was meant to do. Some other things I love are crystals, plants, creating art, and exploring nature.
